For years I have been learning to be the master of my thoughts and feelings, I will teach you tools and techniques that will move you along your path to mental and emotional empowerment.
Have you ever had moments where you just want to give up because you feel like you cant do it anymore, like you just cant do it all or you cant do it right? Man have I been there, still have my moments even now, but each day I have learned to take some much needed time for myself. I call it self care, I learned that if I am going to show up for anyone whether its myself, my children, my husband or my clients then I have to take time to clear my mind of junk, negative thoughts and emotions that are not serving me.
You too can gain mental clarity, Emotional freedom and physical strength and energy.
Here are a few ideas to get you started.
First- Take the time to be in tune with yourself and reflect on your thoughts, when something happens that triggers a part of you that feels out of your control step back and think about the situation, what thoughts come because of it?
Second- Understand your feelings. What are you feeling during that time of thoughtful reflection? What emotions come up for you?
Third- While thinking about the emotions is there some discomfort anywhere in the body? For example: Does your head hurt or your stomach turn?
Fourth- Pay attention to how you respond and what you do. What actions are you taking or not taking because of this situation?
Fifth- Usually if we act out because of our emotions we regret it later. Are you seeing the results you want or are you just responding emotionally getting nowhere?
Sixth- I love to do mirror work, seeing myself the way God, the Universe or those who love me see me. When you look in the mirror what judgements are you having?
Seventh- Emotional Freedom Tapping techniques help release these trapped emotions. Do you know how to release any of the stuff that is going on?
Eighth- I believe in God and so I turn to Him for strength and support, whatever or whoever it is that you believe in be sure to seek guidance to be intuitively guided for the path you are meant to be on and your soul purpose.
Ninth- Ponder words of wisdom from books and writings of those who inspire you to be better. Do you keep good company and feel inspired by the things you read, watch or listen to?
Tenth- Always be forgiving, to yourself, those in your past or present who have wronged you or to even a situation that was out of your control, but let it go and forgive, it's so healing and freeing.
