I am so thankful that I woke up early and got out of bed to pray, meditate and read a little. I know I am preparing my body mind and spirit to become great! I just finished working out and it was a very effective workout as I’m drenched in sweat and already feeling weak in the knees from all the movements.
Anyway, I went through some of my affirmations and gratitude statements aobhere are some that came to me today. I have so much potential, there is so much I can do! I am here for a purpose and I’m ready to live that purpose now! I happy now, I am successful now, I am at peace now, I am loving, I am kind, I am understanding and compassionate, I am intuitively guided, I am loveable, I am loved, I have an incredible spirit, I am a powerhouse and I can do anything, I am bold, I allow myself to stand out, I stand up for righteousness, I am abundant, I am prosperous, I make a difference, I believe in myself and my abilities through Christ, I am divinely guided, I am happy, I am a strong marriage, I am a best mom, I am a service doer, I am a motivator, I am inspiration, I am courageous. I love my life, I love my body, I love my family, I love God and Jesus Christ, I love being a part of such a great cause on this earth, I love being who I am and doing what I do! As I continued the day I recognized more of my ability to do things that sometimes cause discomfort like riding on a school bus with a Bunch of loud, roudy kids, I was able to observe and just be in the moment. I watched my daughter in her everyday element of school and class mates and watched as she interacted and played, she is so sweet, cute and very outgoing. I love to watch kids as they interact with each other and play and talk and then as I kind of listen to what they say I’m taken back to my 4th grade days, so funny how thoughts, intentions and ideas change as we age. I am so glad I get to spend this time with my sweet Ella and to top it off I only had to chaperone 2 girls so it was pretty chill!
