Morning gratitude

I love waking up early and opening my mind to a sense of gratitude and awareness. I feel like when I don’t set myself up in the morning to share what I’m thankful for whether it be writing it down or saying it in my mind or out loud to God then I’m not as productive and I tend to be crabby or more irritable. But I feel like when I take control of my thoughts in the early hours of the morning I take control of my life and can visualize better the results I want. Make today your day by showing gratitude even in the small and simple things. Maybe someone smiles at you and you say in your mind how grateful you are for kind people or someone let’s you go in front of them in line at a store, anything really, remember to be grateful and to flow that energy, it will ignite in you like a tiny spark into a flame, appreciation attracts appreciation. This is a good reminder for me, I forget sometimes and then I complain and say or think things are so hard, but in the moment when something good happens if I remember gratitude it’s like I let go of the negative energy and allow positive energy in.
