Morning motivation

Anyone else want some good motivational pick-me-ups? Here’s just one I listen to when I wake up, whether it’s when I’m sitting in bed working my way to get up in the morning, sometimes when I’m doing some cardio this is my jam, or like this morning I’m doing some basic workouts in this small space I’m in and it’s keeping me going, for some reason I can’t stop in the middle of it I have to keep working out til it’s over and I feel like I’ve had a sufficient workout and productive start to my morning. What do you listen to or do to get you motivated for the day ahead? https://youtu.be/NeyffNILW0k I love being able to take time to be grateful, I do this by praying to my Father in Heaven, whatever or whoever your higher power is recognize all you have received because of it. I look forward to a new day when I’m more aware of all I have and all I can do with what I have. Changing the way we think will ultimately create the life we will have. Find something you can do today to show gratitude and to make today what you want it to be. This life is meant for joy, joy can only come when we seek things outside of our own selfish sphere. When we look beyond self gratification and create value in the world, our Homes, our families, and yes even our workplace, we can create space for more joy to dwell.
