A more focused lens

With this month being the time we celebrate thanksgiving Do you find yourself bing feel more aware of things You are thankful for? I do for sure! As I have been more conscious in my thoughts, it becomes more obvious that there is truly so much to be thankful for and ways to show this gratitude. I have noticed a greater sense of love for my savior and all he has done for me. I am working harder on showing more love for my family. I catch myself sometimes just looking at my life through a different lens, a lens that helps me see the bigger picture, a lens that has helped me to recognize that I can give people the benefit of a doubt and offer second chances. This lens of mercy and forgiveness as well as hope, excitement and peace.
I feel so grateful that I can see more clearly how wonderful it truly is that God trusts me enough to raise these incredible spirit children of his on this earth and that if I keep my promises he will keep his which brings me the greatest joy, for his promises are eternal and the blessing of eternal life with the ones I love is the greatest gift I could ever think to receive.
I feel the depth of love and possibility in all that God offers through his son Jesus Christ and pray that I am worthy of all the blessings he has in store for me.
I am so grateful for how my life and heart are ever changing. I am striving to become a better person and through that striving I see the potential that God has always seen in me. When I stop and allow myself to see through an eternal lens I can’t help but smile and offer up my thanks to God. I have to work really hard sometimes to see through this lens, like when I’m having a hard day or when my 3 year old has his major tantrums or when I’m just feeling so sick and exhausted I just want to give up and not do anything. I have noticed however when I have to work hard for something it shows determination and conviction and proves that what I’m working for is worth it and it only makes me stronger and more empowered as long as I always remember why I do what I do, hence the eternal perspective or the eternal lens. Here are a few affirmations that came to mind today that feel honoring to me to add to my list of daily affirmations. God is good. I am blessed. I feel peace. Incredible miracles take place daily. My eyes are open to see that “they that be with me are more than they that be against me”. Fear is not my guide. My life is guided by the light of Christ. Strength comes to me through a higher power. Goodness is all around me. People are good. God loves all his children. We are all God’s children. Jesus Christ heals my soul and knows me. My heart is open. I can make a difference. I can see more clearly when I keep an eternal perspective. I am full of love and gratitude. I see the good and focus on it. It’s ok to smile whenever i want to.
Life is good and if it’s not maybe it’s just the lens we are looking through that distorts the view from what it could be. I’m going to keep improving how I view my life and keep this eternal perspective as I look through an eternal lens. May you be uplifted and blessed in your life and see all that you have as a blessing. #lifebyemily #fromhairtosoulcoaching #fromhairtosoul #monthofgratitude #affirmations #eternalperspective #love #beingamomisthebest #icandohardtgings #becauseofhim #christlivesandlovesme #empoweryourlife
