I am grateful that am up early this morning with my sweet baby, even though I was feeling overtired.
I’m glad I stayed awake though because I have been quite productive😉 I changed and fed The baby, then I was able to pray and that meditate, being immensely aware of all I have been blessed with and writing down in my gratitude journal those blessings.🙏🙏🙏 I am learning daily to be grateful for the uncomfortable and not so obvious blessings as well as the ones that are much easier to see and give thanks for. I am grateful for my amazing body 🤨 not because it’s perfect and beautiful to others, but because I was also able to workout and attempt to “smile” 😬😳 (probably looked more like a constipated smile but whatever) through the pain of working my muscles and shaking so hard I wanted to quit 😂😳 and holy cow in that moment I kept going, and suddenly I felt stronger which allowed me to feel more proud of myself in a small way because I got to prove to myself what I am capable of, not worrying or thinking about comparing myself to someone else, but proving to myself what I can do🙌🏻👏 I am excited as I anticipate a new day. I love that I am not alone on this journey and that my Savior has so much “loving kindness and long suffering” toward us all that he was willing to suffer and do all it took to know how to help us, how to be that one person who knows how we feel and what we are going through, to offer what no other soul could and can offer, his strength, his help, his perfect infinite unconditional love and all else that he offers in our time if need. Our Father in Heaven wants us to know that we can turn to him and that he sent his son so that we wouldn’t be “utterly” alone through our trials. We can do this, this thing called life! you can do this! You are stronger than you think when you allow his strength to compensate what what strength you may not have right now. I rely too much on myself sometimes thinking I know what’s best and that I am strong enough. I have learned that when I humble myself and let go I am much better off, I trust and lean on my Savior and pray that you feel like you can as well. Whether you are a spiritual/religious person or not I believe that you have a higher power that can help you through anything and if you are interested in being coached so that you can access that power more easily and let go of what’s holding you back from living the life you’re meant to live please contact me. I love seeing the breakthroughs my clients are having and would love to see you get there as well!
